What we measure on the visit
We measure the cavity against the setpoint at two temperatures, check element resistance and the convection fan, and try the door latch through a cycle. Each result rules a part in or out.
A calibration offset, a drifting sensor and a failing element can all read as "runs cold". We separate them before quoting, so you pay for the part that is actually wrong.
